Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in HR transformation
  processes.
• Background working as an HR consultant is desirable.
• Experience operating data management systems such as
• ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and effectively
  manage projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, strategy,
  organization, and processes.
• Certifications as a PHR, SPHR, or HRBP are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Availability to travel.
