Hossam Seifeldin


Is the CEO of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt and is responsible for building and developing the Group’s newest Global Delivery Center team of experts that serve global clients.

Prior to joining ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, Eng. Seifeldin served IBM for 27 years, leading the company’s Transformation across Middle East & Africa (MEA) and delivering substantial performance across the different metrics. He also led the Operations, Transformation and Strategy; whereby he developed and executed the operational and strategic operating model across MEA.

In 2019, Seifeldin was appointed as the General Manager for IBM Saudi, Gulf and Pakistan. Prior to this, he was the General Manager for Africa from 2014 to 2016. In 2013, he was appointed as the Vice President for MEA.ÌýÌý

Hossam began his professional career as Systems Engineer at IBM Egypt in 1996 and held several managerial positions, including Sales Manager for the Telecommunication & Banking industry.

Hossam holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo and a Diploma in Management from Henley University (UK).

Hala Gohar


Is a Corporate Communications executive who has been working in various high-tech multinationals for more than 25 years.

Hala believes that a solid communication strategy is a core pillar to business success and critical for retaining and attracting the best talent.

In addition to her work as a communications expert, Hala also has strong experience in corporate social responsibility, corporate citizenship and government relations.

Hala’s last job was at IBM, prior to that she worked at Alcatel-Lucent for more than 13 years. She holds a BA in Psychology from the American University in Cairo and completed a postgraduate certification in Clinical Psychology at Chapman University in California.

Hala is passionate about health and fitness and is a certified personal trainer and health coach. She is also a proud mother of an 18Ìý year old son.

Mohamed A. Seyam


Is a highly accomplished finance professional with an extensive track record of success in the Middle East and Africa. Currently holding the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt, he plays a crucial role in establishing a robust financial framework, propelling ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½’s impact in the Egyptian market, and supporting its global objectives.

With an impressive 18-year career, Seyam’s journey began at IBM, a leading multinational technology company, where he held various key roles across the region. During his remarkable 17-year tenure with IBM, he consistently showcased exceptional financial acumen and leadership, laying a strong foundation for his current role at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½.

It is remarkable to mention that Seyam served as the Chief Financial Officer at IBM Saudi, where he achieved a remarkable financial transformation. He successfully reduced Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) from 160 to below 90 days by implementing a new management system for troubled projects and disputed invoices. Additionally, his efforts in building strong relations with a reputable bank led to the signing of IBM’s first credit facility, significantly improving cash flow.

During his time as the MEA Systems Hardware Business Controls Leader at IBM Dubai, Seyam demonstrated exceptional skills in risk management and business controls. He oversaw audits and maintained robust business controls across the MEA region, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks effectively.

Furthermore, Seyam played a crucial role in the MEA Consolidation team at IBM Dubai, where he was responsible for analyzing income and expenses, preparing earnings release decks, and consolidating the annual financial plan. His collaboration with CFOs and brand managers to identify revenue, cost, and expense gaps significantly contributed to driving financial performance improvements.

Earlier in his career at IBM Egypt, Seyam gained valuable experience in various finance-related roles, including financial forecasting, contract management, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Mohamed A. Seyam holds an MBA from the prestigious Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from 6th of October University, Egypt, earned in 2004. This combination of academic excellence and practical expertise has consistently enabled him to analyze complex financial situations, devise effective strategies, and implement financial controls that enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability.

With a proven track record of financial leadership and an unwavering passion for excellence, Seyam continues to leave a lasting impact on the finance industry, driving growth and profitability for organizations in the Middle East and Africa.

Noha Abdelwahab


A Global Technology Leader with extensive knowledge for more than 15 years in IT Operations, IT Service management, Software Engineering, Delivery and Business development.

Noha had been working for Orange Business Services, then for Vodafone Intelligent solutions since 2008, where she started her career as System administrator and DBA, then led Vodafone Global Operational monitoring center, then to building one of the biggest centers of Excellence and delivery worldwide for Service management engineering and digital services covering huge set of products and services supporting operational & business excellence.

Noha had been instrumental in driving tens of successful and innovative digital transformation major programs for Vodafone Telcos and partners, and used to manage huge global cross functional, multi-cultural teams across the globe.

Holding Master of Business Administration majoring in global management from ESLSCA Business School (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées) and having high passion in building teams, setting business development strategies, and driving customer and partners excellence.

Noha Amin


Recently joined ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ as the ER&D Director for Egypt Global Engineering Center.

Noha has over 25 years of experience in the field of services and products delivery with a BSC in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo. During her career she managed large teams and nationwide program implementations in the fields of electronics, enterprise solutions and fintech applications, with a customer base ranging from public sector and large conglomerates to regional private institutions, in Europe, USA and the Middle East.

Noha’s experience ranged from heading the software department of Digitaltest Gmbh Germany, developing products for the CAD/CAM industry and serving PCB manufacturers worldwide with a customer base including Bosch, Siemens, Schlumburger, Boeing, to services delivery in ITWorx Egypt, the largest software services delivery center in Egypt, where she headed the education vertical delivering enterprise applications for the education public sector in Europe, USA and the Gulf area, and lastly she held the position of VP of delivery for TPAY Mobile, a fintech payment startup where she was instrumental for the first dragon exit in the Middle East, with customer range of Apple, Google, Huawei.ÌýÌýÌý

Noha will be managing the initiation and the growth of the ER&D team in Egypt.





Mohamed Koura


Is a highly accomplished Supply Chain Engagement Director with over 11 years of experience in FMCG product supply chain. Currently serving as the Egypt Business Services (BSv) Director at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, Mohamed leads the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Business Unit, collaborating with local and global leadership to execute ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½â€™s strategy in Egypt while ensuring financial targets are met.

Prior to taking on his current position, Mohamed excelled as the Supply Chain Senior Engagement Manager at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, where he successfully managed multiple teams overseeing various aspects of the supply chain for a major FMCG client. Under his leadership, the organization witnessed remarkable achievements, including a 40% increase in FTEs without additional costs, an impressive attrition rate of 4% over 11 months, and surpassing sales targets in Q1 of 2023.

Mohamed’s career journey also highlights his proficiency in both supply chain management and data excellence. As the Supply Chain Platform Transformation Manager for P&G’s MEA SCPT, he skillfully oversaw the transition to SAP4/HANA and synchronized digital supply chain platforms.

In his role as Supply Integrated Production Planning Leader for MEA FemCare BU, Mohamed strategically improved production scheduling, enhanced collaboration with production sites, and achieved successful market launches with zero under shipments.

As the Business Process Expert, his efforts in managing the Data Excellence Management System deployment resulted in a remarkable transformation of data accuracy and successful product launches.

His role as Initiatives Operations Analyst & Leader showcased his efficiency in managing new product launches and handling inventory disposition expenses for the FemCare BU.

Mohamed’s career began as a Raw & Pack Material Planner at MEA FemCare BU, Supply Chain Ops., P&G, where he effectively managed raw material ordering and planning for FemCare Nigeria’s operations. This early experience laid the foundation for his exceptional understanding of supply chain dynamics and effective planning strategies.

With a B.Sc. in Pharmacy & Biotechnology from the German University in Cairo, Mohamed’s strong technical background and analytical mindset drive his commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. His passion for strategic problem-solving, data analytics, and exceptional results continues to make a transformative impact in the FMCG industry.





Mahmoud El-Ghadban


He has joined us at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ as the Head of Talent Acquisition. With more than 15 years of extensive experience, Mahmoud brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Mahmoud’s most recent position as the Regional Leader for Middle East Recruitment at Amazon, along with his role as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Concentrix, exemplifies his ongoing achievements in the field. His time at Raya Contact Center and IBM further solidified his standing as a seasoned professional in the talent acquisition landscape.

These diverse experiences have contributed to Mahmoud’s proven track record and extensive expertise, undeniably enhancing the value he brings to our team and making him an invaluable asset.







Mina Mikhaeil


Will take on the Quality Lead role for ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt GDC.Ìý Mina joined ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt GDC in September 2022 as Quality Manager for the ER&D business line.

Mina has 14+ years of diverse experience in implementing quality systems and leading quality excellence in the manufacturing, automotive, and services sectors.

He started his career as a Workshop Engineer at Jaguar Egypt, Senior Quality Engineer at Mercedes–Benz Egypt, and as QHSE Principal at Methode Egypt. During his time at Methode Egypt, he established & maintained a Quality Management System (QMS) and attained several quality certifications.

ÌýMina holds an MBA in Strategic Global Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.

Mina’s mission as quality lead is to implement QMS for ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt GDC, focusing on creating client value for the services that ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt GDC delivers.



Atef Alhadi


Will take on the CISO role for ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt GDC.Ìý Atef joined ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Egypt GDC in October 2023.

Atef has 20+ years of diverse experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

He started his career at the Egyptian Armed Forces, specifically at the Egyptian Armed Forces Main Information Center at which he worked from 2003 to 2022 in managing cybersecurity and IT infrastructure services for the army’s data center as well consulting for the different units within the army, except for 1 year (2017 – 2018) during which he represented Egypt as a member of the Digital Blue Helmet team, which is team working in cybersecurity at the United Nations providing its services to United Nations entities across the globe, based at the HQ in New York.

After leaving the army as a Colonel in 2022, Atef worked as cybersecurity manager for Teletech as well as consulted in the same field for BTC.

Atef holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Egyptian Military Technical College and a post graduate diplomat in Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Sciences and Technology, he received professional training and certifications from SANS, EC-Council, IBM, Microsoft, F5, Juniper and Infoblox.






Mohamed Negm


Brings with him Over 22 years of experience in professional services and SAP delivery.

He also consulted at multiple tier 1 organizations servicing clients across the Oil & Gas Public Sector, Higher Education, and Financial Services Industries in the EMEA Region.Ìý

Mohamed brings a wealth of knowledge as an SAP Practice Head, having worked as associate partner, leading the Finance and Supply Chain Transformation service line at IBM Client Innovation Center.  During his 20-year tenure at IBM, he was responsible for SAP Delivery and Pre-sales in the MEA region and grew a team of 170 SAP Consultants in Egypt, 100 in Morocco, and 180 in Pakistan.GDC delivers.
