Prior to becoming Deputy CEO of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Asia Pacific, Shin was the Managing Director of ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Financial Services Asia, Japan and Middle East for 8 years. Shin has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since July, 2023.

In his current role, Shin is responsible for accelerating growth across Asia Pacific. He is responsible for the overall strategy in the region, with a special focus on industries, strategic business development, and enterprise-wide transformation for large regional and global clients.

Shin joined ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in 2012 as the Managing Director of Financial Services in Asia, based in Singapore. Shin also currently heads the Financial Services Asia Pacific business, covering 4 key locations: Australia & New Zealand, Japan, Southeast Asia and Middle East.

Before joining ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, he served as Managing Director, Global Business Consulting, for Headstrong, Inc., with a special focus on supply chain management, business process innovation and large-scale IT investment management. Shin started his career at Nippon Steel Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, driving new business planning and M&A.Ìý

Shin has more than 30 years of professional experience across management consulting & IT services. He holds a BA in Economics from Tokyo University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
