                Katerina Hubka

                Global Salesforce Partner Executive
                Katerina is an assertive mover and shaker, and a creative communicator with strong project, program, portfolio and people management skills. With more than 20 years of expertise, Katerina has served as a leader in many roles across ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½, including in the Americas, Group Sales, Global Strategic Initiatives and Partners, and Group Marketing. Katerina brings her passion for building genuine relationships and driving mutually beneficial collaboration to our partnership with Salesforce. Stepping in to lead the partnership in 2024, she has been consistently delivering against goals in collaboration with stakeholders across ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ and the Salesforce ecosystem.

                Darshan Shankavaram

                Executive Vice President, Digital Customer Experience Global Practice Leader
                Darshan is globally accountable for directing and building the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Group’s capabilities, delivery, service and portfolio for its 25,000 strong Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Practice. He has over 30 years of industry experience, including 15 years in Digital and Mobile. With his vast knowledge of business consulting, domain, and technical implementations, he has successfully led many large CX transformation programs.

                Simon Blainey was appointed to his current position as APAC DCX Lead in January 2023. In this role Simon brings together all the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ capabilities and strategic alliances under the Customer First pillar – ensuring that we support our customers in leveraging data to deliver meaningful and personalized experiences to their customers. Simon has over 25 years of business experience, having worked in Australia, Europe and now Asia. Previously Simon led the DCX business for ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in Australia where a focus on Salesforce and MuleSoft resulted in 10x growth in 6 years. Simon led the integration of the Customer First capabilities from our APAC acquisitions, particularly WhiteSky Labs, RXP Services and Aodigy.
